Synopsis: This is NKK classified 32000 DWT, Double side-shell bulk carrier ordered by Precious shipping ltd, Bangkok.
Responsibilities:

• 3D Hull Structure Modeling in FORAN using FHULL Module of FORAN software.
• Extracting drawings from 3D model into 2D model using FDESIGN Module of FORAN.
• Preparing of Production drawings in AutoCAD 2010.
• Creating Plate Development using FHINFO Module of FORAN.
• FE Analysis of Boiler Foundation and other heavy machineries foundations using ANSYS 11.0.
• Preparation of Nesting drawings, Nesting tapes & production drawings of Cargo Hold Hatch-covers.

• 3D Hull Structure Modeling in FORAN using FHULL Module of FORAN software.
• Extracting drawings from 3D model into 2D model using FDESIGN Module of FORAN.
• Preparing of Production drawings in AutoCAD 2010.
• Preparation of modified drawing according to yard requirement with concurrence of the Owner & Class.

• Checking & finalizing Production Drawings by comparing with Class Drawings provided by the Designer.
• Releasing of Block Drawings to the Production Yard & parallels sorting out the problems from yard regarding the Blocks.
• Cross checking the Foundation seats with the Equipment manuals supplied by the supplier & if not satisfying preparing own seats for machinery with outfitting team.
• Prepared Bill Of Materials for Steel, Cargo Hold Hatch-Cover of 54000 DWT DSS Bulk Carrier.
• Nesting of Cargo Hold Hatch Cover’s parts.
• Analysis of some ship structural parts using ANSYS 11.0.

Project 4: 35000DWT DSS Bulk Carrier
Synopsis: This is DNV classified 35000 DWT, single-shell bulk carrier ordered by H. Vogamann Shipping Limited, Germany.
Responsibilities:

• Designing of the Outfitting parts (like mooring fittings, Anchor cable holding devices) according to Norwegian Standards and JIS.
• 3-D Modeling of Outfitting items using FPIPE module of FORAN.
• Preparation of production drawings and Bill of Materials for outfitting items.
• Prepared Bill Of Materials for Steel for Cargo Hold Hatch-Cover of 35000 DWT DSS Bulk Carrier.
