• Currently working as a Team Leader cum Checker (detailing) in Intech Designs I. Pvt. Ltd.

• Scope of work: - Detailing of the Pre-Engineered Building. The different types of buildings that we detailed are Gable buildings. Single slope building, buildings having Hip and valley and multiple connected buildings.

• Responsibilities: -
o Studying the design drawings provided by the design engineer, estimating the detailing hrs. required to make a complete package of detailing and completing the work from detailing team as per stipulated time period.
o Detailing of the Pre-Engineered Building that involves providing complete detailed package of erection, shop drawings and Shipper. (i.e. Bill of materials)
o Erection drawings package involve providing different detailed sectional views of building for erection purpose. Detailing of these section involves providing layout of building in each sectional view, connection details, purlin/girt lengths and type of coverings (flashings/trims).
o Shop drawings package involves representing each structural or non-structural member in the AutoCAD drawing format and dimensioning each part of members for its geometric parameters, holes/slots and plates/brackets to be welded for the manufacturing purpose in the shop.
o Before finalizing shop drawings we have to make working drawings of each frame line to detail each component for above stated parameters considering attachments to other structural components.
o Shipper involves listing of all materials (structural or nonstructural) that required for the building construction and to determine tonnage of building. Materials are listed under different categories such as Rigid Frames, Cold-formed members, Purlins/Girts, panels and flashings.
o Also involves 3-D arrangement of the components in AutoCAD to understand the complex connection.
o Interaction with the design engineer for the missing structural details and also to provide solution for clashing of members.

• Worked as Trainee Auto CAD Draughtsman in Philips India Ltd, Kalwa-Thane, and Maharashtra from Oct-2003 to Sept. 2004.

o Drawing of parts and machinery of sophisticated lamps making machines accessories.
o Proficient in designing Mechanical, Electrical and Civil drawings.
o Draw machine parts on drafting machine as well as on AutoCAD.
o Design and Update maintenance schedule of machines (Preventive and Overhauling).
