Job Profile:
• Expertise in Preclinical Research handling, clinical signs, drug design and conduct the drug activity in Animal Trials of hormone samples like Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin, Follicle Stimulating Hormone, Human Menopausal Gonadotrophin as per IP, BP, USP of branded drugs & raw materials.

Clinical Research:
• Designing data collection forms, known as case record forms (CRFs).
• Coordinating with the ethics committee, which safeguards the rights, safety and wellbeing of all trial subjects.
• Managing regulatory authority applications and approvals that oversee the research and marketing of new and existing drugs.
• Locating and assessing the suitability of facilities at a study centre.
• Liaising with doctors/consultants (or investigators) on conducting the trial.
• Monitoring the trial throughout its duration, this involves visiting the study centers on a regular basis.
• Verifying that data entered on to the CRFs is consistent with patient clinical notes, known as source data/document verification (SDV).
• Collecting completed CRFs from hospitals and general practices, writing visit reports.
• Discussing results with a medical statistician, who usually writes technical trial reports.
• Archiving study documentation and correspondence.
• Preparing final reports and occasionally manuscripts for publication.

PROJECT


Project title: “An Investigation on effect of Cigarette smoke on the Pharmacokinetics of Gatifloxacin in Rabbits by microbiological assay”



 Objective: To explore the possibility of the drug interaction with the cigarette smoke.
 Conclusion: The pharmacokinetic parameters of gatifloxacin such as AUC, Cmax, Tmax,
t1/2, Vd and CL were altered due to the effect of cigarette smoke.
 The concentration of the gatifloxacin was decreased due to the exposure of cigarette smoke in healthy albino rabbits.
