Design Supervisor
- Review , check and supervise the design process of many different PEB / Structural Steel projects in Gulf region ( KSA , UAE , Oman ) among which are Princess Noura University (PNU) and King Saud Bin Abdulazeez University in Riyadh (KSBAU) .
- Provide advise and consultations for issues related to design and detailing

The entire structural design and calculations of the fourth largest rolling mill in the world with production capacity of one million tons of reinforcing steel per year . The steel structure weight is about 7000 tons of built-up steel sections
The project steel structures are designed as PEB ( Pre-Engineered Building ) and generally composed of four multi-gable frames , 30 m spanning with two eave heights of 22 m and 19 m .
The main building length is 384 m length with 12 m typical main frame bays with intermediate sub-frames supported on jack beams . In addition to a mono-sloped building 30 m span , 24 m eave height , 188 m length and same main and sub frames of main building .
The design also includes the design of 19 overhead traveling cranes girders of 5 to 25 tons capacity with their walkways distributed over the whole building and 13 monorail maintenance hoists of 1.5 to 2.5 tons capacity with their platforms and walkways . Also , many accessories like different staircases , ladders , platforms . … etc .
- Supervision on steel erection works of same project and submitting consultations .

– Al-Raha Beach Rebar Mill / Abu Dhabi
Structural design & calculations of the four multi-gable truss roof system which is composed of 32 m span trusses with 9 m bays with 8 overhead traveling cranes .




2005 – 2006 International Building Systems Factory Co.
( IBSF ) KSA / Amman Engineering Office / Jordan
- Structural design and calculations for SABIC / HADEED ( Saudi Iron & Steel Co.) Color Coating Line Project – Product Yard . A single gable , double 25 m span industrial PEB building with latticed columns , 16m high , 60m length . Mainframe bay 15 m connected by Jack beams with intermediate sub frames . The building includes two 15 tons capacity overhead traveling crane In addition to cable trays trusses, pipe racks beams, monorails, walkways, Etc .The approximate building weight is 600 tons. Project Consultant Kling International / Germany.
- Structural design and calculations of Product Bagging Hall for SABIC / SHARQ Petrochemical Industries Co./ KSA . Main contractor (Consultant) Linde / Germany . A 140m length by 120m width , 12 m high PEB building with interior columns. The frame composed of multi-depth tapered rafter sections . The building includes some partitions, air duct suspended supports, and cable trays. Approximate weight of building 1000 tons.

1998 – 2005 Ministry of Industry and Minerals - Nassr State Co. – Steel Structure Plant – Baghdad / Iraq
One of the largest and most well known Iraqi companies in its field, the leader in the field of steel structure industry in Iraq.
- Structural design and preparing the detailed workshop drawings for various types of steel structures, in addition to preparation of bill of quantities.
- Checking the fabricated and assembled parts in the workshop against the design drawings.
Projects ::
- Transformer Repairing Workshop / Musayab Power Station, 16 m high , 18 m span , 24 m length with 50- tons capacity gantry crane.
- Double span warehouse, 6.5 m high, 36 m span, 120 m length.
- Alternative & equivalent design of failed clinker hall storage conveyor / Muthanna Cement Factory (south of Iraq), including 60 m span box trusses, 3 m depth.
- Filters industrial building / Water Injection Project / Qurna, 12 m high, 36 m span, 72 m length, with two 3-tons plus one 5-tons capacity cranes.
- 90 m high tower for supporting the formwork of 67 m diameter R.C dome of Al-Rahman Mosque / Baghdad.
- Structural design of 60, 70, and 90m high telecommunication steel towers.

1997 – 1998 PFAA (Consulting Engineers) – Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia.
- The structural design of 27 stories multistory R.C apartment building, supported on piled foundation and supervision on piling works .
1991 – 1997 Fao State Establishment – Baghdad / Iraq
The largest construction establishment in Iraq at the period between the mid-eighties and the year 2000. It takes the major role in the campaign of reconstruction of Iraq after the Second Gulf War.
- Structural analysis & redesign of damaged steel structure of Hartha Power Station / Basrah, which is a 50 m high frame rests on 2.5 m raft foundation supported by hollow pre-stressed piles.
- Structural design for R.C multistory (5 & 6 stories) residential and commercial buildings with basement and supported on raft foundation.
- Rehabilitation of 4 story R.C building with major structural changes and supporting
- Site engineer for supervision & implementation of 3-stories R.C. university building / Baghdad
